We do not automatically sync or upload this personal history to external cloud servers.

• Profile Data: During onboarding, you may provide your birth month and birth year. This data remains on your device and is strictly used for age eligibility calculations (such as alcohol recovery metrics and feature access control).
• Device Sensors & Activity: With your explicit permission, the app utilizes your device's accelerometer or integrates with system frameworks like Health Connect to dynamically calculate physical activity states, analyze sleep intervals, and adjust your personalized thirst index. This real-time processing occurs locally on your device.
• Dynamic Context Processing: System data, such as your active "Do Not Disturb" (DND) or Focus mode status, is checked purely at runtime to intelligently schedule non-intrusive notification intervals and protect your rest cycles.

3. Cloud Sharing Feature

If you explicitly choose to use our progress-sharing features, the app safely communicates with our backend server (hosted at hydravo.tech) to generate temporary web sharing links. This action transmits only the specific progress metrics you select. This data is handled securely via standard network protocols and is not sold, shared, or distributed to third-party advertising companies.

4. Third-Party Permissions

The app may request access to system features such as Notifications, Exact Alarms, and Activity Recognition. These permissions are necessary exclusively to ensure the precision and execution of adaptive, health-focused reminders without draining your device's resources or battery life.
